Chicken breast stuffed with chorizo, ham and cheese with creamy cheese sauce, sage mash potatoes, honey roasted carrots.

Oven baked rosada with herb mousse and lobster bisque, crushed new potatoes with tarragon

Or 

Piquillo peppers stuffed with ratatouille and cream cheese with a velvet piquillo sauce

 

Desserts : 

Cupid’s shortbread 

( tiered shortbread biscuits, cream chantilly and strawberries)
